I understand that this is a voluntary transportation offering and that the District will use a lottery system to offer a limited number of available seats to students. I further understand that I/my child is not guaranteed a seat. This program will not make any stops other than the Boys & Girls Club of Watertown. All bus rules apply; I understand that inappropriate behavior may cause my child to lose his/her seat on the bus for a time period as determined by the Administration. I understand that no refunds will be due me for any reason other than discontinuance of the bus availability by the District or Transportation vendor. Should such a discontinuance occur any refund paid to me will be pro-rated based on number of days the bus was unavailable. *
I understand that when my child rides the bus to the Boys & Girls Club that my child is responsible for walking into the Club on their own, Club staff do not meet the bus and take attendance as the Boys & Girls Club program is a drop in program.  I also understand that Watertown Public Schools and the bus vendor are not responsible for my child once they get off of the bus at the Boys & Girls Club. *
