Would you be interested in being an Adult Encourager?

The ROOTS program is designed to foster relationships within our Goodfield church family across multiple generations.  The goal is for the High School students to create four relationships during their High School years that are not with a family member, but rather with another member of the church family.  This survey is to discover which church members, 25 and older, would like to participate in the Adult Encourager Program if chosen by the student and paired with that student.  The commitment, as the Adult Encourager, is to engage with your student on an ongoing monthly basis for one year.  This can include, but is not limited to, meeting for coffee, going for a walk, attending the students' school activities, etc.  It is the Adult Encourager's responsibility to schedule the monthly connection with the student.  Thank you for your prayerful consideration in participating as we cultivate relationships in the church.
