We are conducting a pilot with Simon Malls in order to test the viability of a food court development with only 5-7 truck concepts. This will prefice a development built at the domain and we are going to work with select trucks on a monthly lease from Friday, Sat, and Sunday of each month. *

The lease Price we are doing the pilot with would be $300-400 per weekend or $100 to $133 a day. $1200 to $1600 a month. Month to Month lease (Leases will be paid for the entire month in full) & There is $500 refundable deposit as well. *
