Please complete this registration form for the FWC Summer Retreat to be held June 30-July 6, whether you know for sure you'll be there or you're still deciding. (We need tentative head-counts early, especially for the Children's Program.)

Once you complete the form, Julie Fine will email you an individualized total retreat cost based on the number of people, your rooming needs, and the ages of any children.

NEW THIS YEAR: The FWC has set up a Zelle account to receive retreat dues electronically. Money can be sent through Zelle to fwayofchrist@gmail.com, up to your bank's daily or weekly limits. In the event that retreat costs exceed your bank's limits, multiple payments can be used to transfer the full amount. As always, a check can be mailed to the treasurer in lieu of electronic payment.

Full payment by check or by Zelle is due to Julie by MAY 31st, 2024. (You are NOT able to pay through Tithe.ly.) Once your registration fee is received, then your space is reserved.

The retreat costs listed below can be used to estimate your costs.

Approximate Registration Fees:
Individual= $100.00
Couple= $200.00
Family = $250.00

Retreat Costs:
Condo = $660 for the week (PLUS TAX - 7%).
Adult meals (15 and older) - $200 per person
Child meals (5-14) - $100 per person

Note: The condo is composed of two sides that can be open together or kept separate. One entrance has a living area, kitchenette and a room/bathroom (2 twins that can be pushed together). Second entrance has a bedroom and bath (2 queens). This has many potential combinations that are possible for cost sharing.
