Nice to have you here! The Festivalmakkers Foundation helps associations with filling the club greenhouse. Your registration is without obligation and you can unsubscribe at any time. We always do our best to come up with a nice offer that will also give you a party as an association. And of course also a nice contribution for the club greenhouse.

Fees for associations and foundations may differ per festival. Your foundation or association receives the compensation by means of a *donation.

With your registration we have a clear picture of what your preferences are, so you will only receive emails with offers that meet your needs. We think it's that easy too. When you receive the agenda, you can register your association or foundation immediately, all information (fees, shift times, numbers, place, etc.) can always be found in the same agenda (mailing).

*You are only eligible for a donation if you are an association or foundation, if you want to help for yourself or with a group of friends, the fees are different and you also need a different registration form. In that case, send an email to hallo@festivalmakkers.nl.

As the contact person of your association, you take care of the organizational part. You consult with someone from Festivalmakkers about all the things you want to know and you also pass on your updates. This can be numbers, data from your association for the payment, a kilometer allowance or all kinds of other matters. The questions below are about your preferences and wishes as an association. Think of functions, shift times, range, dietary requirements, etc. To come back to the most important point: you can fill in everything without obligation. We ask for the information for you to come up with a suitable offer and you will not be snowed under with festivals that you initially think are too far away.
How many kilometers do you want to travel? *
By this we mean your radius of action, seen from the location of your association. Of course you can park for free and you can qualify for a kilometer allowance at most festivals, provided you carpool. The fees, conditions and other matters are always communicated before you can register. So you will not be faced with any surprises. Again, you are always free to decline the offer for any reason.
