AY 23-24, Term 4, CCA Registration
Before you complete this form, make sure you learned about each of the offerings by level, as well as read the rules and payment terms information on our Google Site at https://sites.google.com/invictus.edu.kh/co-curricularactivities.

CCAs begin on the Monday 1st April, so please ensure you sign up as soon as possible to secure your place. This is especially important for externally provided CCAs as we need to inform our providers ASAP.

The deadline to register, and make changes to your registration for CCAs, is end of day on Friday 29th March. Following this deadline, invoices will start to be issued, and will reflect all attended CCAs and all planned CCAs for the remainder of the term based on your sign up.

Please Note: This form is for Nursery - Year 13. Nursery - Year 2 afterschool care options are also included on the linked site above. If your child is in levels below Year 3, and would like to join a CCA for years 3 - 6 you may request for consideration by contacting our student services number via call, text, or Telegram at +855 70 295 654.

IMPORTANT:
- After you complete this form you will receive an email containing the information that you submitted. This email will serve as confirmation of your CCA sign up unless contacted otherwise.
- If you want to continue with the same CCAs as last term you will be considered for a place ahead of new sign ups. If the maximum students of a CCA has been reached, we will contact you directly, and do our best to provide another option if their is a high enough demand.
- Please note that Cooking class on Thursday from 4-5 pm has been moved to Mondays at 3-4 pm for scheduling purposes.
