Welcome to The Overnight Boston 2024 Volunteer Sign Up Form.
You will find details below for all of the upcoming Volunteer shifts that will be available during the weekend of June 22-23.
Please fill out the form below with your shift preferences and we'll be back in touch within the next two weeks with a confirmation of your shifts and additional details.

Held at: Boston University, Nickerson Field, 1010 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA 02215
10:00 AM -1:00 PM -- Set Up/Signage
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM -- Crew and Volunteer Check-In
1:30 PM - 8:30 PM -- Walker Check-In
3:00 PM - 8:30 PM -- Traffic & Crowd Control
3:00 PM - 8:30 PM -- Opening Ceremonies Tents
5:00 PM -- 9:00 PM -- Opening Ceremony Support and Breakdown
5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (or no longer needed) -- Special Ops Supporting operations out on the route.

Do you or someone you know perform live entertainment? We are seeking a band, acapella group or similar performance at the Closing Ceremony site from 2:00AM - 5:00AM. Please let us know if you or someone you know would be interested in performing.
