Summer 2024
Thanks for your interest in this summer's ministry leaders' intensive. This application is the first step in a discernment process both you and the WWC team will use to determine if this program is the right fit for you.

We encourage you to apply if you work in the following contexts:
  • You are a church leader whose work focuses on discipleship, spiritual formation, women’s ministry, etc. You don’t need to be in a gender-specific role, but you do need to speak into programming serving women.

  • You serve in a parachurch ministry or faith-based nonprofit in a role that involves ”people and culture”, women's discipleship, or leadership development.

  • You work at a Christian college or university and would like to strengthen vocational discipleship for your students.

  • You lead an independent organization or ministry focused on women and work or women’s leadership development.

Job Title & Organization Where You Serve  (If your organization is affiliated with a specific denomination/network/association, please indicate that here)
Tell us more about your role: primary responsibilities, who you report to/who reports to you, favorite aspects of your work
What is the total size of your church, ministry, college, or group?
What motivated you to apply to the ministry leaders' intensive?
How might this experience connect with needs you perceive in your organization or in your personal/professional development?
As you consider the women you serve, what challenges do they face in their work, what questions do they ask about calling, or what are their primary stressors related to work? (If you're working with a younger demographic, like college students, please adapt this question to the community you work with.)
Do you anticipate any barriers that would keep you from being able to fully participate in the intensive? (i.e. travel, existing work commitments)
Final question: In your understanding, what is "the gospel"?
