CTK Youth Advisory Team Parent Survey
In this time of transition for the Youth Ministry, we would like the youths' parents/caregivers to partner with us in helping to shape the future of the Youth Ministry.  In order to do so, we first need your input.  Please fill out the survey below for each child.  We would also appreciate speaking to you if you prefer.  A time can be set up to speak on the phone/zoom or after church.  Please email youth@ctkcambridge.org to set up a time.  We look forward to working together to help support our youth as a church family.

Thank you,
The CTK Youth Advisory Team

The Youth Ministry at CTK can only be done with volunteer assistance. We are grateful to you, our parents, and our congregation for this service!  Our youth have benefited greatly this part year because of you.  We know that many CTKers feel maxed out volunteering, but to maintain and grow the ministry we need to continue to rely on you. With an average of 3 events a week that requires at least 2 adults, this requires a tremendous amount of volunteers. It has been difficult in the past to staff some Sunday School classes and certain Youth events.  We want to know how to make volunteering easy and rewarding to you while supporting our Youth.
How can we foster a culture of volunteering by the parents/caregivers to this ministry?
