Music and the Market: Paola Farmers Market Vendor Registration Form
The Paola Farmers Market for the 2024 season is Saturday nights, from 6:00 PM until about 9:00 PM, from June through September. The list of Market dates for 2024 is provided below.

There is no registration fee for the market for 2024. However, the cost of advertising and promotions for the weekly markets will be provided by the Discover Historic Paola association.

For the registration, we ask for your vendor/farm name and products so we can share with customers. Otherwise, your personal registration information is NOT shared and is only used to reach you directly with important information about the market or in case of emergency.

Music on the Square performances start around 7:30 PM.

Paola Farmers Market Rules & Terms
• The predominance of goods the vendor offers shall be produced by the vendor, household, or farm. The vendor shall live within a 50-mile radius of Paola.

• The vendor is responsible for the set up and take down of their station, for collecting payment and applicable taxes, and for ensuring their activities abide by the Kansas State Farmers Market Regulations and Best Practices: https://bookstore.ksre.ksu.edu/pubs/MF3138.pdf.

• The city of Paola allows for set up for the market starting at 5:30. Each vendor is allowed about 10' of space on Park Square grass along the sidewalks. There are some limited power outlets available along the sidewalks; if you don't require electricity, consider leaving a little space around the outlets for those that do. The Market sets up in the southeast corner of the Square, diagonal from the old Citizens Bank.

• All vendors are expected to treat all other Vendors with mutual respect.

• The vendor agrees that, while participating with the Market, the City of Paola or its officers, employees, or agents shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal property damage, loss, or physical injury of any kind that the vendor or its associates may incur while operating at the market.
