Pre Festival Committee: All the pre-planning TEAMS for the festival

GRAPHICS TEAM
Posters, banners, programs and schedules all need a creative touch with awesome talent. If this is your skill set and you want to help out,  draw yourself into this picture.
The job:
* Creating and ordering posters, banners, schedules, and programs.
* Working and ordering within pre-approved budget.
The Musts:
* Strong interpersonal skills and work well with a team
* Must own or have access to proper graphics software
* Proficient in the use of graphics software and technical devices, & equipment
* Able to follow Festival guidelines and policies
* Able to customize graphics to maximize in all medias

Festival Day Committee: These volunteer TEAMS are On The Town and on the ground during the festival hours, engaging with festival-goers, venue owners, and artists.  

DOOR TEAMS
The door teams are responsible for working venue entrances and are generally the first volunteers' patrons encounter when arriving at a festival venue. These teams represent the beginning of a great festival!
The Job:
* Taking tickets
* Applying wristbands
* Checking badges
* Will-call and ticket sales
* Co-ordinating assistance for special needs patrons
* Providing info and acting as ambassadors of the festival
* Program sales
* Set up merch table for every performer in the venue
* Promote and sell merchandise during the performance
* Monitor stock and maintain related records
* Provide good customer service
The Musts:
* Working with the public; strong interpersonal skills
* Walking or standing for periods at a time
* Cash-handling and ticket handling
* An attention to detail, ensuring that all tickets and passes are valid

GREEN TEAM
Help us keep our beautiful town clean while getting exercise and taking in the festival.
The Job:
* Pick up and dispose of refuse and recyclables
* Change garbage bags and trash receptacles
* Monitoring cleanliness of eating areas
* Monitoring toilet paper supplies
* Willing to work with and monitor the TEEN TEAM
The Musts:
* Walking or standing for periods at a time


PARTY TEAM
Assist in organizing, setting up and decorating our venues and around town (with TPR approval).
The Job:
*Putting up posters PRIOR to the festival
*Taking down posters AFTER the festival
* Plan decor and decorate venues
* Set up Ticket tables and Mech tables
* Set and Reset venues for both evenings
The Musts:
* Working with the public and venues; strong interpersonal skills
* Walking or standing for periods at a time
*There may be some HEAVY LIFTING, and possibly LADDERS involved.
