Orca Online Registration 2024/25 - Now open!
Please fill out one form per swimmer in your household.

Prior to entering the pool on Sunday, September 15th, fees must be paid for, and a casino deposit of $350 provided to Orcas. This can be in the form of a post dated cheque or an e-transfer sent to treasurer@orcasynchro.org.  This is a casino year - and the dates are November 16th and 17th at the Pure Casino Edmonton at 7055 Argyll Rd NW. You will receive your deposit back once you complete your shifts. 

Swimmers must also register with Canadian Artistic Swimming and Alberta Artistic Swimming. This registration is mandatory for any swimmer and fees go directly to CAS and AAS. You can access the registration link here:  orcaartisticswimming.rampregistrations.com

Here are the swim times for each team:
Orca Kids - Sundays at Terwillegar from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Orca Kids Plus - Sundays at Terwillegar from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and Tuesdays at Eastglen from 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Orca Stars - Until October: Sundays at Terwillegar from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Tuesdays at Eastglen from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., and Wednesdays at Hardisty from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.  After October 6th Teams will then practice Tuesdays and Sundays OR Wednesdays and Sundays 
Orca Adults- Sundays at Terwillegar from 9-11am  

Our first day in the pool is an Open House swim on Sunday, September 8th, 2024 at Terwillegar Pool from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Please share with your friends who might be interested in joining us for the upcoming season.

Our first regular practice will be Sunday, September 15th at Terwillegar. There are no practices on Tuesday, September 10th and Wednesday, September 11th.

Please mark your calendars and plan to attend our virtual AGM for more info on September 16th, 2024 at 7:00.  Attendance is mandatory.

If you are interested in extra routines, please indicate if you would like a solo or duet, and your preferred partner below. Extra routines are subject to availability and are likely to be held on Sundays. Final decision will be at the discretion of the Head Coach.
Is your swimmer interested in learning about coaching and joining the Mentorship program that will run on Sundays?  Your swimmer must be 15 years old or older, have had previous artistic swimming experience and enjoy working with children.                                           *Please note, this program is dependent on interest and is at the discretion of the Head Coach.  **Participants will be required to take an AquaGo Assistant course to be able to participate.

This year is a "Casino Year".  I will write a cheque for a refundable deposit of $350 that will be returned after casino shifts are completed.  I understand my cheque will be deposited if I do not fulfill my shifts.  I will inform the casino coordinator of my attendance. *
Please read the following Refund Policy and check that you have read and understand: Withdrawals up to the third practice receive a 50% refund, but there is a minimum $50 administration fee as well as a $70 cost for the swimsuit.  Once the third practice starts, there will be no refund. Please note that you must withdraw, not just stop attending.  Withdrawing  in this manner allows coaches to plan for their team. To withdraw, notify the registrar at orcasynchroclub@gmail.com. *
