On your wedding day, hair will be done following a schedule. The bride must communicate the importance of being on time and properly prepared. Every person getting their hair done in an updo, half-up style, or curls must have hair already completely blown dry. The stylist will not allow time for this. If such a case arises, the stylist will charge extra to blow dry (if time permits) or the service will be forfeited and the charge will still apply. The Bride must confirm and commit to the number of services stated above. Charges will include all people stated above.

ONSITE WEDDING
The stylist(s) needs a designated space to set up when on location. The bride is responsible for clearing an area before the stylist arrives. The stylist will need a work area with a chair near an outlet in a no walk-through traffic area. Good lighting and a mirror is a plus! If services cannot be performed due to insufficient work conditions or tardiness, all fees still apply. The hair stylist will not be held liable for any injuries that should arise while on location. There is onsite fee of $50.00 per stylist which gives you up to 50 miles for the stylist to travel to your destination anything over that is $0.50-mile per. This is a fee for every stylist onsite for wedding.

PAYMENT
A deposit of $100.00 is due to hold the wedding date . Deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be applied to the balance of the Bride’s services. A credit card must be held on file. In the event any reserved service is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event, that service will be charged in full.  The stylist reserves the right to adjust the price according to hairstyle desired. Two weeks prior to the wedding, a Meevo Self Pay link will be sent to each person in the bridal party for their services. Payment is expected at that time.

TRIAL
A trial run is recommended for the bride. This should be booked at least 30 days prior to the wedding day. Based on availability, the actual appointment can be up to one week before the wedding. The trial will take place in the salon. The total cost of the bride’s service is due at the trial appointment.  This is non-refundable should you cancel the wedding date for any reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the wedding.  This includes every service for every member of the bridal party that is scheduled.  Bride /bridal party are responsible for any service charges not cancelled within that time frame.  Pure Eden Salon and Spa will call 10 days prior to wedding to verify services for that day.

SPA SERVICES
Ask us about a Bridal spa day prior to the wedding.  We have wonderful, relaxing spa services that can be customized to your wedding party.  Reservations for spa services should be made well in advance of the desired date in order to accommodate all services.
