Celebration and Affirming ministries
We are looking forward to celebrating and affirming your ministries at the Charge Conference this Fall. This celebration will take the form of a worship service, so we will need the following items for the bulletin one week before your Charge Conference:

1)Names of those baptized from your last Charge Conference to this one.
2)Names of those who joined by Profession of Faith from your last Charge Conference to this one.
3) Names of those who died since your last Charge Conference to this one.
4)Names of anyone approved from your church as a Ministerial Candidate or Lay Servant.

The Church Lay Leader or Pastor will participate in the worship service by reading the names of all of the above at the appropriate times designated in the bulletin.  Again, we need these names one week prior to your Charge Conference.

There will also be a time for the Lay Leader to provide a two minute celebration of ONE vital ministry your church offered over the past year.  Please keep in mind that we have a lot of churches that will be offering a vital ministry celebration, so please keep to the two minute time limit!  Thank you!

You will also need to bring a folder containing the items included on the check-list provided at the Set Up Meeting.
