Please complete an individual form for each child you would like to attend. The deadline to register/cancel will be Wednesday, March 27th. Accounts will be charged ($40/child) Thursday, March 28th. This tuition charge is non-refundable, as you are securing an enrollment spot for your child(ren) for a limited capacity event. Thank you! :)
