This package includes:
-  4 practices (Fridays 8, 15, 22, 29 September / 20.00 - 21.30 / @Excelsior)
-  3 social activities (after practice 8, 15, 29 September)
-  Newcomers Tournament (Saturday 23 September / day activity / @Nijmegen)
-  Rotterdam lacrosse shirt

The price of the introduction package is only €10,-! You will find the payment details at the end of this form.

No problem if you cannot make it to all the dates! You can decide to become a member of Rotterdam Lacrosse during or after the introduction period.  

Please note, this form is for senior players (16+). If you are younger than 16 years of age and interested in lacrosse, see 'jeugdlacrosse' on our website.
