Current CDC guidelines regarding masks, distancing, etc. will be observed.  Registrants will be updated in regards to the requirements prior to the class date.

To register for the class, please submit this form and payment by Thursday, March 24, 2022. One form per person is required.

Boxed Lunch $17 pre-paid option: Pre-pay for your choice of sandwich options from the list below, bottled water, potato chips, seasonal whole fruit, sandwich condiments & chocolate chip cookie.  Lunch must be ordered and paid for at least one (1) week in advance.  There will be no option to get the boxed lunch the day of the class. *
Payment Method (if you ordered boxed lunch you must pre-pay to confirm the order) *
Registration closes one (1) week prior to class, or sooner if full; Classes are FREE for Members, $50 per class for Non-Members; Boxed lunch orders must be prepaid to be confirmed; Please arrive 30 minutes prior to start of class to allow for parking & sign-in; There will be no admittance once class begins; Inclement weather policy: Call the office at 860-646-2450 prior to coming to the class or visit our website calendar at www.Tri-CountyAlliance.com. Our voice mail system recording will have instructions, if any; MEMBERS-Please notify the board office within 24 hours if you register and are unable to attend a class.  There is a $25 fee for No Show; NON-MEMBERS- There are no refunds for CE Classes,  but if you have registered and need to cancel, please notify the board office 24 hours in advance and every effort will be made for placement in another class. *
