Royals 2022 Cross Country Transportation Form

Because we do not YET have a team bus or van, students will be transported via their own vehicle or in a teammate's or adult's vehicle throughout the season. Any driver who has passengers outside of his or her family unit will be required to have a copy of their driver's license and proof of insurance on file with the school (this includes any parent volunteer drivers.) In addition, all athletes need to have the following Transportation Form completed so that coaches know who has permission to ride with whom.
