Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Lovefest. Our volunteers are an important part of the Lovefest Family, and we are grateful for the energy exchange to help support us in creating magical experiences.
This is a great opportunity to make new friends and connections, and be of service to the community.
There are a number of roles and areas of the event that we are looking for support with. These roles include:
- Support with the onsite event bump in/set up
- Front Gates: welcoming and ticketing
- Info Booth
- Car Park management
- Kids zone
- "Leave No Trace" team
- Event flow management
- Logistics support
- General event support
- Pack down/bump out at the end of the event
VOLUNTEER EXCHANGE
Approx 4-6 hours volunteering in return for a free ticket. Typically this would be either setup or packdown as well as 1 event shift, but may vary depending on numbers.
You will receive an email with the ticket links and more details once your volunteer registration has been approved.
MEETINGS
Pre-event Volunteer Production Meeting
All Volunteers will be asked to attend a pre-event event staff meeting to talk through the Festival and volunteer roles & responsibilities, and an onsite briefing when you arrive.
