Please complete this registration form to book weekly extra-curricular clubs commencing Monday  6 January -  Thursday  13 February 2019 for 6 weeks. Some of our clubs will now be split into Key Stage 1 (Reception, Y1 & Y2) and Key Stage 2 (Y3 & Y4) and others will be from Yr1 - Y4 combined.  Please see the description for details on each activity and ensure you book the correct club to avoid disapointment.

To guarantee places for your child in Term 3, you should complete and submit your registration by 9am Monday 2 December.  After this date, registration will be closed to allow us to process bookings and an Invoice will be issued by the Finance Department to confirm your booking.  PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO AD-HOC admissions after the start of the term. Payment should be made by childcare vouchers or bank transfer on receipt of your invoice and should reference your invoice number.  Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis; clubs that are oversubscribed may close earlier than the closing date.

All club costs will be invoiced at £3 per session and pick-up times are 4:15 pm.  We would urge you to please discuss choices with children before booking to make sure the club is something they are really interested in learning or participating in - so that they enjoy their activity.  If they would prefer to chill and relax, see our new CHILL n CHAT session.
