Registration Datathon EBI 2021, June 15, 21, 28
In regard to the ELIXIR Implementation Study FONDUE (FAIR-ification of Plant Genotyping Data and its linking to Phenotyping using ELIXIR Platforms https://elixir-europe.org/about-us/commissioned-services/fondue ), there will be an online datathon for any researcher that is interested in using one of these platforms, with an emphasis on plants.

The outline of the Datathon is some introduction on the different platforms:
- Biosamples https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biosamples/
- European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/home
- European Variant Archive (EVA) https://www.ebi.ac.uk/eva



 During the course the participants will work with test data, and will be able to submit their own data.
