Welcome! If you would like to take part in our Domestic Violence 101 training this April 2024, please fill in your details in the form below and you will be automatically registered. Training will be broken up into two sessions: 

Saturday April 6th from 9:00am-5:00pm, & Sunday April 7th from 9:00am-3:30pm

Attendance is required at both training dates in order to volunteer at Family Abuse Services. Please note that we will have a 40 minute break for lunch each session. You may bring your lunch or purchase a meal offsite. There is a refrigerator and microwave available. 

Registration must be completed prior to the training. An application must be submitted before or on the day of training. Applications can be downloaded from our website at: Get Involved / Quiero involucrar | familyabuseservices . You can bring the completed application with you to training or submit it ahead of time to jhardman@familyabuseservices.org

The training will take place in the Family Justice Center conference room at 1950 Martin Street, Burlington NC 27217. Parking is available in the parking lot directly behind the building with access to the downstairs training center.
