Welcome to the Evergreen Union School District SERRF Program!

We are so happy you have chosen to become part of our Evergreen School District Before/After School SERRF Program.  We are family here at Evergreen and Bend and our mission is to provide a safe, healthy, enriching, and happy place for your child to belong to; not only during the regular school hours but after school, as well.  Our after school program includes time for homework and reading, academic enrichment, and recreation.  Our hours of operation are from the time school releases until 6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, each calendar school day.  We do not provide childcare during breaks or holidays.  

Our program is offered at 3 locations:
Bend Elementary School:  SERRF is located in Room 6.  (530-527-4648, extension 7406)
Evergreen Elementary School:  SERRF is located in Room 30.  (530-347-3411, extension 7230)
Evergreen Middle School:  SERRF is located in Room 72.  (530-347-3411, extension 7372)

Fees:

A one-time registration fee of $20.00 per student is required upon registration.  Packets received without the registration fee will not be considered until registration fee is paid.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
