About ATA Movement Fitness Classes
If you are looking for an engaging class where you will find the push to keep up with your workout without hitting the gym, THIS IS IT. These classes are designed to help you incorporate movement arts practices in your workout that can be adapted to your specific space limitations and lifestyle.
The classes will focus on exploring movement flows that help you build strength, balance, and flexibility.
You can choose from morning and evening classes three days a week.
Through movement explorations, we will guide you to develop spatial and body awareness.
You will discover how to develop your own movement flows to address your specific needs.
We will explore free-flowing, intuitive movements that can be used to build workout routines for effective body conditioning.
Contribution:
Pre-registration for 12 classes (valid for 30 days)
Indian Nationals: 2400 INR
International participants: 40 USD
Pre-registration for 6 classes (valid for 30 days)
Indian Nationals: 1500 INR
International participants: 25 USD
Drop-in
Indian Nationals: 300 INR
International participants: 5 USD
Timings:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays : 8 am - 9 am IST
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays : 8 pm - 9 pm IST
