SL@MS (Science and Learning at Michigan State) is a 4-day summer science experience for 7th and 8th grade students presented by Women and Minorities in the Physical Sciences (WaMPS). Participants will practice their science skills in a personalized and student-driven environment. Scientific concepts will be taught using amazing demos, interactive experiments, and hands-on activities. The goal is to allow participants to work together and use their curiosity and imagination to explore various scientific concepts. We hope this program will empower students to feel confident in educational and scientific spaces.

This program will be held in July - August 2022. Finalized dates will be announced by mid-May with the official launch.
