The Star DSP Awards recognize Muskingum County’s Direct Support Professionals who have provided extraordinary care to the individuals they serve. Parents or guardians, providers, fellow DSPs, and individuals served are encouraged to nominate a local DSP for this special recognition. There is no limit to the number of DSPs each person may nominate.

Nominations will be accepted through the end of the business on Friday, August 26th. Forms can be mailed to: MCBDD 1304 Newark Road, Zanesville, OH 43701. Forms can also be dropped off at the same address, or emailed to Beth Dillehay at elizabeth.dillehay@muskingumdd.org.

Awards will be presented at our DSP Celebration on Thursday, September 15th. More information about the celebration to come!

We understand that ALL Muskingum County DSPs, Paraprofessionals, and local school districts strive to deliver the very best of care and support to those we collectively serve and are equally worthy of this award. This is simply an opportunity to recognize their efforts in a special way, on a special occasion. All award recipients will be chosen by a neutral selection committee.
