You and your pet are important to us! Pet-Agree Professional Pet Grooming LLC., DBA Pet-Agree Professional Pet Services (P3 Services) will take every precaution possible to ensure your pet has a safe and enjoyable experience. Due to the unpredictable behavior of animals, situations arise that are unexpected we ask you read and agree to the following:

I understand that sharp tools are used during the grooming process and if my pet is wiggly or does not remain still I do not hold P3 Services owners, operators or staff liable for any accidents that can happen due to behavior or coat condition of my pet such as but not limited to nicks or cuts from clippers or scissors.

I understand grooming can expose hidden medical conditions. I have communicated all known pet health conditions. Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical condition or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming.

I understand that senior pets (age 7 or higher) may have a greater chance of injury. I accept my pet may need special handling and that may also incur additional fees.

I understand that P3 Services Owners, operators and staff will practice Humanity before vanity and will not be held liable for clipper and brush irritation which can be the result of the neglect of my pet's coat prior to grooming.

I acknowledge that severely tangled and/ or matted pets, have a greater risk of injury, stress and trauma. All precautions will be taken. However, problems occasionally arise, during or after grooming, such as nicks, clipper irritation, self -mutilation, mental or physical stress. This can occur during or after grooming.

I understand that due to the nature of pet grooming all base prices are a starting point based on weight. Pricing quotes prior to actually grooming my pet are only estimates. Final price will depend on the work involved, temperament of each pet and the condition of its coat. Upon physical inspection of my pet by the stylist a good faith estimated price can be provided. Extra charges may apply for pets that are matted and/ or difficult to manage. Base price can be changed to a higher class even if my pet falls in a lighter weight classification, for example of such a breed is the Poodle or Doodle, at the discretion of the stylist.

I understand that P3 Services has the right to refuse service to me and my pet at any time for any reason and full payment of base pricing will still be my responsibility.

I understand that if my pet has a history of aggression or biting P3 Services reserves the right to refuse service and all bits will be reported to the local authorities as required by law.

I understand that P3 Services staff may use a loop, muzzle and / or leash to ensure my pets safety during services.

I understand that I am liable for any medical care expenses and damages that result from injuries caused by my pet to staff.

I expressly waive and relinquish any claims against P3 Services, its staff, groomer/stylists and representatives except those arising from negligence on the part of P3 Services.

I have disclosed to P3 Services all known dangers and medical conditions associated with my pet.

If any medical problems develop while my pet is in the care of P3 Services, I authorize P3 Services to do whatever is necessary for the safety, health and wellbeing of my pet. Further, I assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses incurred.

I hereby declare to P3 Services that I am the legal owner of my pet; that my pet has not been exposed to any infectious illness within that last (30) thirty days; that my pet has been properly inoculated, no sooner than 10 days prior to an appointment , for the following vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, Leptospirosis and Bordetella as well as a negative fecal exam with n the past year: I certify the information I have provided to be true and accurate, and I (the owner) have read this agreement in its entirety.

I consent that P3 Services may take pictures and/or video before and after grooming. Photos may be utilized for P3 Services Training, website, social media and/or advertising purpose at Pet-Agree Professional Pet Services. If I would not like photos to be taken I am responsible of informing P3 Services prior to the appointment.

I understand that if my pet is not vaccinated under the requirements properly at the time of my scheduled appointment, I choose to not keep my appointment the same day or I cancel an appointment without 24 hours notice of the arranged scheduled time, that I am liable for the full base groom amount of that appointment and I will be invoiced which may have additional processing charges and interest.

I understand I will also be responsible for any legal fees associated with collection of any outstanding balance including but not limited to late fees and interest.

I understand that if I am late to drop off for my appointment I will be responsible for either a $1.00 per minute late charge or be considered a no show and be liable for the full base groom amount and be required to reschedule.

P3 Services reserves the right to require me to prepay for future appointments. If I neglect my agreement of proper notification for not keeping any appointment. The pre-payment would be required for future appointments for the base grooming price amount and is nonrefundable.

I understand that some grooming services may be stopped mid groom due to unforeseen circumstances related to the pets’ condition or behavior. Full-service fees will still be my responsibility.

I understand that for the safety of my pet, he or she must be on a lead or in a kennel while in my care on all areas of the facility or property. Once the staff or representatives of P3 Services have taken possession of my pet they will use safety leads and holding kennels for my pets’ duration of the visit.

I understand disturbing the grooming process could result in injury. I will be notified when my pet is ready for pick up and will pick up before closing. I also understand that if I am not reachable after closing and my pet is on sight after (30) thirty minutes of being late my pet will be entered into lodging services and I am liable for those additional fees.

Hold Harmless Agreement:
By agreeing to bookings in person or via digital means (phone or internet) you (or your agent) agree to hold P3 Services, Its owners, staff and operators harmless from any damage, loss or claim arising from any condition of the undersigned pet, either known or unknown to P3 Services. It is also further understood and agreed the terms of this agreement can change at any time, without notice, and will overnight any and all prior signed contracts or leases. It is further understood this clause applies to any and all pets groomed.

I have read and agree to the policies of Pet-Agree Professional Pet Grooming LLC. I hold its, Stylists, Groomers, Management and Staff harmless in the event of any injury to my pets and am fully aware of the risks of grooming. I understand that Appointment time slots are approximate. Appointments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical malfunctions, or extended grooming times of an earlier appointment. I

I agree to have my pet on time for all scheduled appointments. I will be charged accordingly if I am late to drop off or pick up and can also be liable to a reschedule and responsible for the full base grooming price as a result. P3 Services reserves the right to determine which action will be taken.

By accepting any bookings from Pet-Agree Professional Pet Services, you agree to all of these policies.
