COMPLETE ATHLETIC CLEARANCE
- In order to participate in any high school sport (including preseason training, you must go to
www.athleticclearance.com
and submit info / forms. DO NOT WAIT! This takes time to complete and cannot be done in a day. This must be done before you step on the field for preseason or for tryouts. NOTHING IS TURNED IN TO COACH - It's all uploaded online.
You do not need to pay for the sport insurance until you make the team.

- After you are cleared through Athletic Clearance, Coach will send you an email invite to join our Team Snap (app). This is how you can stay up to date and communicate with the team. This is where you will find the up to date calendar and contact Coach. Players are allowed to communicate in the Team Chat. Please have parents use the private message option.
You are required to MARK YOUR ATTENDANCE for any event you are attending.

Players who make the team are REQUIRED to be at every practice and game.
Work, club practices/games, family vacations, and non-emergency doctor or dental appointments are UNEXCUSED and could result in dismissal from the team. Use the schedule found online at

and schedule around it. Our team policies and procedures can also be found there for more details.
Club showcases will be excused ONLY if the schedule is given to coach the first week of season.
Once tryouts start, expect to have training or a game every day after school.
