Reunion Volunteers assist with planning and outreach leading up to Reunion Weekend. As a Reunion Volunteer, you have a tremendous impact on reunion attendance and provide the personal touches that make your class reunion memorable.
Reunion Volunteers responsibilities include:
- Attending Reunion Weekend.
Provide personalized content for class communications.
Suggest Reunion Weekend events for your class.
Communicate consistently with staff liaisons and fellow reunion committee members.
Help welcome classmates at Reunion Weekend events.
Reunion Volunteers should expect to commit 2–4 hours per month to the planning program. The majority of time is spent participating in regular Zoom planning meetings beginning in January 2023 and conducting personal outreach to classmates.
