2024 MJ's Fun in the Sun Camp Registration & Waiver Form
Please complete the following registration & waiver form for MJ's Fun in the Sun Camp. A $75 nonrefundable deposit per week attending is due when completing this form. Camp will be held 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and includes lunch. No early drop offs. Participants must be at least 6 years old or have completed kindergarten. No exceptions.
