Moderator Requirements:
- Know a thing or two about piercing and piercing care
- Evidence of good faith, hate-free participation on Reddit.
- Positive activity on this and related subs.
When considering to become a mod, please be aware of the following details:
- You will see a lot of bad piercing advice
- You will see graphic images, of the sexual and gore variety
- You will come accross sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, classism, ableism, hatred, and more. As mods it’s our task to shield users from that.
- Did we already mention the bad piercing advise?
If you happen to have experience herding kids or students, that's what modding is like sometimes :)
Existing experience is not required to be a moderator; we will train anyone interested that is a good match for our team.
