Trunk or Treat Registration
All trunks must be parked in the parking lot by 4pm. Trick or treating will begin at 5pm sharp. Vehicles must remained parked in the parking lot until 9 pm even after the event is over to insure participant safety. Spots must be reserved by October 25 no exceptions.

Parking will be in the Student parking lot on Kate Boevers Street. Please use the entrance next to the bus barn to be checked in.

Please bring enough candy or treats for approximately 200 kids. All items must be individually packaged store bought candies. Best Dressed trunk prizes will be awarded! Special prize for the best group/team trunk!

Please check below you agree to the following policies:
1. Only prepackaged candy or treats are allowed.
2. NO spooky or scary displays or scary costumes       
    worn. Please keep it family/school friendly.
3. All Trunks must be registered with this form. All    
    registrants will receive confirmation upon   
    registering.
4. No electricity will be provided.
5. An Adult and/or parent must be with their vehicle at 
     all times during the trunk or treat event for safety.
6. Any photographs taken of you or your vehicle can be 
    used for UC PTO for promotional purposes.
7. You agree to come to the event with enough candy or treats for 200 children.
 UC PTO will pass out refills depending upon donations available.
8. All vehicles must be parked by 4pm no exceptions
9. All participants must be ready to hand out candy 
    starting at 5pm sharp.
10. All Vehicles must stay until parked until 9 pm  to 
      insure safety of others.
