*Application submissions are due by April 30, 2024. There will be no exceptions.
*There will be NO vendor fee this year.
*Vendors only permitted to sell items disclosed on application. Additional products subject to approval.
*Vendors may sell directly to the public in accordance with Moffat County and State of Colorado regulations.
*All vendors are responsible for licensing and paying sales tax as required by Moffat County and the State of Colorado.
*Anyone selling cottage foods must be certified in accordance with Colorado State Law.
*Food vendors must be licensed and registered with the State of Colorado.
*Vendors must remove their own trash.
*Dogs will not be permitted in the park.
*Vehicles are restricted in the park after set up.
*It is recommended that you plan accordingly for any type of weather. Event will happen rain or shine.
*Booth space is a 10ft square. Tents, tables and sunshades are NOT provided.
*The Maybell Park does NOT provide electrical power unless prior arrangements are made. If electrical
is provided, there is a $30 per day for ONE 110 volt plug in. Payments will need to be made to the Maybell Park. You MUST provide your own extension cord. (2 – 100 ft cords are suggested).
*Camping fees will still apply for any overnight stay. You are solely responsible for making these arrangements.

RV Dump Fee – $5.00 (Not included in space rental)
