Rules:
- You must be a member of Ad Astra, either the original archive or the new one, or our Discord, or our forums. One of those, anyway! Or more than one!
- All reviews must be of Ad Astra Trek fanworks; for now, any reviews that are posted NEW to either archive, the original or the new one, starting on June 1st at 12:01AM, Eastern. We would prefer the new one, but the official transition isn't until September 1st, so we'll accept reviews on the original one, too.
- All reviews are scored on word count first; for example, a fifty-six word review on a story would start off with 56 points, counting only new words and not in-line story quotes. After word count are points modifiers for length: From 100-199 words is +10, from 200-299 is +20, from 300-399 is +30, and so on up the scale. And after that, there are an additional +50 points for each first review on a story (that wasn't written by SLWalker and that is over fifty words long), and an additional +25 points for each second review on a story (same caveats).
- Copying over reviews you wrote from the original archive to the new one doesn't count. Sorry, guys.
How to use this form:
- Input your penname where it asks for it. If you don't have a penname, ie you're a member of our Discord or Forums but are signing as a guest on the new archive, put in the name you sign your reviews with.
- Input your review links, one on each line, in the box for it. You can do this for every single review, or you could do them all in one night, or once a week, or whatever.
- ???
- Profit! (Just kidding. Mostly.)
How to copy and paste links to your reviews from the old archive (eFiction):
Find the review. Click on edit at the bottom of the review. (Guests can't sign reviews on the old archive, so you'll have to already be a member.) In your address bar, there should be a number at the end of that URL. Then, copy that whole link and paste it below in the appropriate section, but in the middle of the URL (for example): http://www.adastrafanfic.com/reviews.php?action=edit&reviewid=9203 <--Where it says action=edit, just put action=view instead, changing nothing else about it. That'll take me right to the review for tallying! Do that for every review you want credit for.
How to copy and paste your reviews from the new archive (otw-archive):
Go to the review. Click on the 'Thread' button. Copy the URL in your address bar, paste it in the appropriate section below.
