This board meeting does NOT require everyone to submit a full board report. If you have any new business to share since last report, feel free to share, but you may leave questions blank. Do not feel pressured to write anything more than what makes sense to you. You were selected for your role because we trust you!

Your answers will be in a spreadsheet that will be made available to other board members. Feel free to communicate with Cassie Brooks, cbrooks@brownsburg.k12.in.us, or other applicable member of executive board if you have concerns or questions that you do not wish to be published.

At the board meeting, we will NOT read our reports to the group since we will be able to access those in the spreadsheet. However, you MAY share anything with the group at the meeting, especially if you want to highlight something, gather ideas, work on something collaboratively, or spread the word about upcoming happenings. Membership, conference, and financial will share reports in person, as our board needs to understand the work of these committees.
