The Open Research (OR) movement is changing the world of research and we can no longer deny it. Although we strongly believe that OR is the right way forward, we recognise that the process of changing research practices can be very challenging. It is our aim to support you, researchers from all career stages (including students!), in navigating the possibilities and challenges. Through the Edinburgh ReproducibiliTea (https://reproducibilitea.org/) sessions, we hope to encourage you to adopt more OR practices and show you the benefits of doing so on both an individual and community-level.
