EARLY TERMINATION
We are sorry to see you leave, but we recognize things don't always work out as planned.  

Members shall be released from their contract with the payment of a $150 Early Termination Fee (each swimmer) and the collection of all other account balances.

There is not a notice period. Retroactive withdrawals are not accepted. Your spot on the team is relinquished. All incentives become null and void. Volunteer services hours will not be credited to your account.
