House Aspis, House of Paupers, and Silvergate Inn are joining forces to coordinate an arts and culture festival for the summer of 2021 to fill the gap left by the end of Bardfest. While we have some ideas and events that will help "anchor" this festival, this will help us know who else is interested in being part of the fun.
