Speak Station is a platform which is created with the purpose of promoting public speaking and uncovering unique visions of undergraduates to a wide and open-minded audience.

Speak Station consists of three phases with specific goals for each. All the sessions will be on a virtual platform with the collaboration of distinguished guest speakers.

The first session would be the ice-breaking session where a renowned guest speaker speaks on overcoming the barriers of public speaking.

In session 02, the speakers will get the opportunity to learn public speaking skills from a well-reputed personality.

Finally in session 03, the participants will get the opportunity to witness inspiring undergraduates, representing four different faculties of University of Sri Jayewardenepura, share their thoughts in the platform created by Speak Station.

This session will be followed by a Q & A session. In Session 03, which will be streamed via “Facebook Live”, the participants; undergraduates of all the universities across the island, will get the opportunity to witness inspiring undergraduates of University of Sri Jayewardenepura, share their insightful thoughts on the platform created by Speak Station.
