So glad you'd like to join us for Practicing Our Cycles, a weekly space to explore about ourselves as cyclical beings.

Practicing Our Cycles is an open space, welcoming  us to be alllllll that we are - you know:  bleeding, PMS, sex, emotions, and those things we can’t quite put into words…

Weekly meetings include mini-lessons on anatomy, physiology, and esoteric theory of the menstrual cycle, reproductive/sex system, the nervous system, embodiment and pleasure.

In-Person sessions are Sundays 18:30-20h in Amiqam. 📅
Zoom Sessions are Mondays 8:30-9am EST // 15:30-16h Israel 📅

In-Person Sessions are donation based and Zoom sessions free.

אני שמיחה מאוד שאת רומה להצתרף אלינו למתרגלות מחזוריות- מרחב שבועי לחקור את המחזוריות ואת היצורות המחזוריות שאנחנו.

מתרגלות מחזוריות הוא מרחב פתוח שבועי חדש שמזמין אותנו להיות כללללללל הדברים שאנחנו -
את יודעתתת: מדממת, PMS, מיניות, מלאת רגש וגם כל הדברים הלא מילוליים.

המפגשים השבועיים כוללים שיעורי-מיני על אנטומיה ופיזיולוגיה, ועל תיאוריה אזוטרית של המחזור החודשי, מערכת הרבייה/מין, מערכת העצבים, התגלמות ועונג ועובדות ארכיטיפים*


מפגשי פרומטלי: ימי א׳ 18:30-20:00 בעמיקם - תשלום בדאנה
מפגשי זום: ימי ב׳ 15:30-16:00 - חינם
