As outlined in our enrollment paperwork, if a change is requested after registration is completed there is a $10.00 changes fee. If a parent/guardian must withdrawal their camper’s registration from a week of camp the parent/guarding must notify SHADES at least (6) working days prior to the start of camp to receive a partial refund equaling the tuition minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation, the cancellation fee can be avoided if another session is added to the camper's schedule or another camper's schedule in the same family. If the cancellation notice is received after the published cutoff date, no refund will be given for any reason, including vacation plan changes, illness or family emergencies. .
