Tiedotatte häirintäyhdyshenkilöiden yhteystiedot ja huomioitte jäsenistön moninaisuuden. Vakuutatte, että tapahtumaan on kaikilla mahdollisuus osallistua. Mikäli tapahtumanne pyrkii osaksi Wapun tapahtumakierrosta eli Teemunkierrosta se tulee olla mahdollista suorittaa alkoholittomasti.
