BY SUBMITTING A COMPLETE APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE:

By submitting a completed application, you are legally binding yourself to abide by the terms and conditions of trading. Please ensure you have read them and made your staff aware of them prior to the event. The management reserves the right to evict from the site anybody breaking this contract, and/or behaving in an illegal, aggressive or disorderly manner.

Applications are accepted on the assurance that the merchandise described on this form is all that will be sold on your stall at the festival. Please give a thorough description, as this is a large factor in how we base our decision on who we invite to trade. Please also give an indication of prices to the customers.

You acknowledge that ArtWaves Festival and any of their designated employees are not responsible or hold any liability for any financial losses incurred by you, or for any loss or damage of your equipment, goods or personal belongings, or personal injury of employees working for or connected to you.

All traders must include proof of public liability insurance. A copy of your insurance certificate must be sent with your application, no applications will be accepted without adequate liability protection.

Health and Safety officials will be inspecting all pitches before and during the event. Any trader not complying with the acceptable health & safety standards, and fire regulations will be closed down and removed from the event.

All electrical equipment will carry PAT/Electrical safety certification; this must be available for inspection at the event. As far as practicable, all electrical equipment shall be located so that it cannot be touched by members of the public or unauthorised workers.

There is to be no amplified noise as part of your stall unless specifically agreed with the Festival Director on behalf of the event.

Once sited you may under no circumstances move your pitch without express permission of the Festival Director or nominated deputy.

If you wish to apply for more than one stall, you must make a separate booking.

Traders may under no circumstances sublet all or part of their pitch. Your signature is a contract between you and the event.

All traders must ensure that they are onsite by 1 hour before trade commences in order to be set-up and readiness.
