 Please complete this survey to help us build the Laporte activities and Early Childhood Family Education.  Completion of this Survey will put you in the Drawing for a $50 School Store Gift Card to use both in house or online.  If you Refer someone in our area to complete the survey and they put your name at the end, you will also be entered into a $25 School Store Gift Card!  Surveys Need to be submitted by April 15th!
