The Postpartum Pack
Join us online for a free weekly virtual support circle. This group is a good fit for expecting parents or those who have been pregnant or given birth in the last year. It's a relaxed atmosphere where you can share openly about the joys and struggles. Babies always welcome!

The Postpartum Pack is facilitated by Lauren Thompson, Shannon Abdelghani and Miriam Rieger, founders of Community After Birth. Community After Birth is a nonprofit organization based out of Crofton, Maryland dedicated to providing support, education & advocacy for the improvement and expansion of postpartum care.
