Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Cabot Cheese and Culture Festival! It will take place on Saturday, September 27th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on the Village Common in Cabot, Vermont.

Please note all vendors are required to submit a Certificate of Liability from their insurance company with the additional insured/insurance requirements listed in the event contract in this form. An official copy of this must be emailed to director@cabotarts.org. Please note, if an official certificate of insurance naming Cabot Arts as Additional Insured is not received before the event, you will not be permitted to set up.
