Workshop Description: A resume provides insight into your accomplishments and it allows a recruiter or hiring manager to “hear your voice”. There are 3 components to a resume which we will highlight in this discussion. In addition, Linkedin has become the industry standard on researching and generating additional information about candidates. There are five components that a complete Linkedin profile should have. We will highlight these components and discuss other opportunities to showcase accomplishments. Finally, a cover letter helps explain candidate's story, education and any gaps in experience.
