Are you a creator or curator? We are looking for magical vendors who believe in the fairytales of The Forest to join us at our 2023 September Symphony show, September 22 and 23, 2023 taking place at 550 Belsyde Avenue E., Fergus, ON. We are anticipating 1000 guests on peak days - based on last year's sold-out show.
Requirements
Your sales are entirely yours, however, we will be charging a $200+HST non-refundable flat rate for vendors to secure your spot. Vendors must attend both show dates and must be available from 3pm to 11pm.
To qualify, a portion of your vendor collections will need to meet one (or more) of the following vendor theme criteria:
1. Natural: Your offering represents the beauty of nature and/or signifies the importance of being natural.
2. Supernatural: Your collection and offering reflect the mystical, spiritual, and magical world.
3. Fantasy and Folklore: Your offering embodies the essence of relating to the fun of fantasy and whimsy or is an expression of fairytales and folklore.
We are reserving 10x10 vendor spaces. Vendors must be 100% self-sufficient and must provide tents, tables, chairs, lighting and extension cords (if a power supply is needed).
Insurance Requirement: Vendors are required to carry 2 million general liability and name the following as additional insured’s:
- Township of Centre Wellington.
- Evermore Experiences Inc.

Process
Once your application is submitted, our committee will review all applications for approval. Please note that only the vendors who are invited to participate in The Enchanted Forest will be contacted. By applying to The Forest experience and should you be selected to participate, you agree to the event terms and agreements. We will try our best to reduce duplicate vendor items, however, it is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse your attendance at the show if you are not on time for load-in, if you miss a show date, or if you are being aggressive toward staff.
