Thanks for your willingness to be volunteer trainer for our Couch to 5K participants. This simply involves taking the group on intervals of running and walking 1.5 miles out and then back the same route. You will receive an email with all the details. Please arrive 15 mins prior to the run for which you are volunteering in order to introduce yourself to the participants and go over the plan for that day. IMPORTANT: Please solicit another member to join you on your training day to stay back with the slower individuals.
