HDBE Equality and Diversity in Governance Indicators Form

The purpose of this form

A diversity of thought, voices and perspectives is essential to good governance and the effective running of any organisation. This form is designed to gather information for the purpose of diversity monitoring.

This includes not discriminating under the Equality Act 2010, and building an accurate picture of the make-up of the foundation governance of church schools in encouraging equality and diversity.

Completion of this form is on a voluntary basis and will be submitted in confidence on completion. The information you provide will be handled in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation and the data protection responsibilities of the Diocese of Hereford. Your anonymity will be protected at all stages.

How your response will be used
